As I was getting ready, Bill met me out front. Today he elected to ride his Harley.
We started out on I-10. The Arizona Highway Patrol & Tucson P.D. were busy this morning. They nail a speeder here...
This is the mountain that you see in almost all the older and some newer Westerns. Old Tucson, where they film the movies, is about 1/4 mile down the road. When we went there in the 70's, it was free to get in. Now they charge admission..
Another view of the mountain as we ride on...
We get to Tiny's Saloon to get one of their famous "Steerburgers" but they weren't cooking yet. Bill, at this point, was not feeling any better, so we 180'd and went home. We sat around and he rested the rest of the day and that night. Hopefully tomorrow, he'll feel better. This will conclude DAY 8.
