Rodney's Message 3-11-09

I received the following e-mail from Rodney today and thought it should be on the post as you folks, from all around the world, were praying for Rodney when he had his heart attack last month. His email is below his picture. The picture is of Vicki (his wife), Rodney & his daughter , Rianne. This was taken at a rallying point for one of our rides.

RODNEY'S EMAIL:

As most of you know, I visited with with my cardiologist yesterday afternoon. He said every thing was looking and sounded good from the first surgery. I am scheduled for the second surgery on March 26. Thank you all for all of the prayers and if you will keep them coming. Hopefully by April 1 (April fools day) I'll be back to my old sweet (mischievous) self.
Thank you all , Rodney (End of email)

I would also like to add that everyone here in Wichita Falls Texas appreciates your prayers and will continue to keep Rodney in our prayers & on prayer lists until he fully recovers. I want to personally thank God for sparing Rodney's life. We are very close and he is one of my best friends. We still have a lot of riding to do until we cross over.....Until next post, ya'll be careful out there, keep the rubber on the road ride safe, pray for our Troops and Rodney..................JOHN
