Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles Stop & Gab 3-18-09

Today, Wednesday 3-18-09, was a beautiful day. Clear sky, nice breeze and 88 degrees as I sit here typing. I had some "Honey Do's" to do and just before I set out, David called and wanted to get out of the house and ride a little bit. So, I ran over to David's and we left from there and went to Wally World (Wal-Mart to those not familiar with the nickname). We ended up at Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles. Scroll down and join us on this brief post and REMEMBER: IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE PICTURE BIGGER, JUST CLICK ON THE PICTURE..

Here are Chris & David at Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles. Chris is one of the mechanics and he worked on David's blown left front fork seal. Chris says he fixed the problem and David said he is not having anymore problems..For more info on Eddie Hill's, click on this link:

This is new 09 1700cc Vulcan LT. Same make as Ms Clone, but 900cc more. I sat on this bike and it is a lot larger than the Harley Road King and is listed $4,000 cheaper than the Harley.

A view of the showroom and the multitude of bikes for sale...If you're into the crotch rockets & dirt bikes then Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles is where you need to go. They have a great assortment of Tour bikes, dirt bikes, crotch rockets (cafe racing looking bikes) and 4-wheelers...The prices are right also..

This is Mark, one of the hard working, bike riding salesmen at Eddie Hills. Mark got me on my bike a year ago..He is very knowledgeable about the bikes and a great salesman..He also does that dirt bike stuff where they have jumps that put him into the atmosphere. (Kids, do not try this at home)

This is Russ. He works in parts & accessories. I ordered my new rear tire from him today..I have 9000 miles on my rear tire now and I need to replace it before I do my Arizona trip in April...

This is Trey, GM, CEO & part owner of Eddie Hill's. I enjoy talking to Trey and he has a great sense of humor. Trey is good people, so drop in at Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles in Wichita Falls Texas and say hi to him and the rest of the fine folks there. Who knows, you might even see the legendary owner, Eddie Hill, there. He is there quite a bit.
This will conclude this short post. I enjoyed visiting the folks at Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles today, as always, and I enjoyed seeing & riding with David again. The next post most likely will be this Friday (3-20-09) when we have a ride to the Rock Inn Restaurant in Seymour Texas.

Check out North Texas Bikers (1) at http://www.jjskewlstuff.blogspot.com/ for rides, events & posts from January 08-November 08. Until next post, ya'll be careful out there, ride safe, keep the rubber on the road & pray for our Troops & Rodney (Surgery) and Russ & Linda (m/c trip to parts unknown)................JOHN
